Hello Yoga is a creative, and open minded approach to yoga and meditation that tailors classes to specific needs. Developed by Clive Fogelman in 2012, Hello Yoga integrates different styles of yoga and meditation, which welcomes everybody with all levels of experience from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Clive has a diverse background in group facilitation, learning & development, psychotherapeutic work and sports coaching. He specialises in working with people on an individual and group level in diverse organisational, private, community and cultural settings and has significant experience in injury rehab, managing and recovering from illness, management of stress and anxiety and sleep coaching.
