With a diverse background in learning & development, psychotherapeutic work and sports coaching, the focus is on supporting people to cultivate an intuition in their own bodies, to create deeper self-awareness and an understanding of what they need and when.

They typically incorporate creative flowing sequences, yin and restorative postures with variations for all levels of practice.
