Yoga and meditation are great tools for facilitating better sleep and improving the quality of our sleep can have numerous benefits for our overall health, concentration at work and general energy levels. In this workshop, we will explore a combination of mindful movement and restorative yoga postures to help unwind accumulated stress and tension in the body and mind.

Restorative yoga is an effortless and gentle practice harnessing healing, inner calm and replenishment. The workshop will also include relaxing breathing techniques and mindfulness visualisations which you can integrate at home and can help create optimal conditions for sleep. This session will leave you feeling restored and revitalised and with ideas on how to integrate these helpful techniques into your day to day life to thrive and create balance in your lives.

The workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
