I have filmed several yoga and meditation classes so there really is something for everyone on the site. One of my goals when creating the content was to provide diversity and variety in terms of content, length of time and expereince with yoga.

Class Descriptions:

Yang & Yin / Flow & Restorative
Combines fluid sequences with restorative postures aimed to free up the body's energy and promote a deep sense of well-being. The first half of the class focuses on strength and flexibility utilising the breath to regulate the pace and quality of movements. The second half of the class involves holding postures with relaxed musculature for several minutes. This encourages the connective tissue to soften, aids healing and loosens energetic blockages. The class typically finishes with a body visualisation meditation.

Flow Yoga
Transitioning through a range of creative sequences and postures, movement is continual and fluid targeting all the major muscle groups in both the upper and lower parts of the body. This class helps develop balance, coordination and create a deep connection between breath and movement. There is an emphasis on alignment and tuning into the unique nature of your own body and its experience.

Restorative Yoga
This class provides an opportunity to relax and reduce stress in the body. With the assistance of props, postures are passively held for several minutes to encourage the body to open up. As a result, the gaze can move inwards to become more aware of habitual tensions created in our bodies and minds. Restorative yoga is a gentle practise harnessing healing, inner calm and replenishment. It often includes; guided meditations, and visualisations. The class is suitable for all ages and all stages of life.
